Before the second wave of COVID-19 struck our shores. Paul and I had the opportunity to head out with the team from GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ)) to film the closing of the SPC-GIZ REDD+ projects.
The REDD+II project in cooperation with The Pacific Community (SPC), implements one of its final important events prior to the official project closure in March 2021. A workshop with included field trips involving three Fijian communities were supported by the SPC-GIZ REDD+ projects during the past decade are brought together for the first time for a mutual exchange on experiences, lessons learned, recommendations and shared interests.
